From 27 to 29 October 2026, Automechanika Johannesburg was held at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg. As one of the largest and most influential gatherings for the automotive aftermarket and commercial vehicle sector on the African continent, this year's show drew attention from the global industry. Hangzhou Golden Sun exhibited for the first time, bringing 22 years of auto parts manufacturing expertise, a complete product portfolio and a professional on-site team to its South African debut. The show closed on a high note.
01 Built on Systems | Strength on Display
At its South African debut, Hangzhou Golden Sun presented more than products; it presented a manufacturing system built up over many years. From product R&D and tooling investment through component manufacturing and assembly, to quality-control standards, automotive-grade testing and system-level matching, Golden Sun now runs the entire auto parts manufacturing and service chain in-house. It is exactly this solid underlying capability that gave the company visibility and credibility the first time it appeared on the South African market.

Products are the result of capability, and the proof of it. QXP rear-view mirrors hold an 80% share of the Chinese auto parts market and cover the mainstream models on the road, backed by years of sustained work in R&D, tooling and quality control. The range covers Japanese brands as well as Volkswagen and Audi models, delivers OEM-level interchangeability, and has passed optical, weather-resistance and mechanical durability testing.
The heat exchange range covers three core components: radiators, condensers and cooling fans. Every stage is handled in-house, from tooling development and component manufacturing to final assembly. The systems run reliably across the full operating range from -40 °C to 85 °C, and system-level matching cuts vehicle energy consumption by 12%. These results reflect Golden Sun's combined strength in R&D-to-production, precision manufacturing, quality control and system integration.

02 Hands-On | Quality You Can Feel
On the stand, physical mirror displays and side-by-side comparisons of materials and workmanship let visitors judge OEM-level quality and all-weather clarity for themselves, turning fitment from a set of specifications into an experience they could verify on the spot.

We also held one-on-one sessions on our heat exchange systems. The technical team walked customers through operating-condition matching, cooling efficiency and durability for radiators, condensers and cooling fans, and gave selection advice for different vehicle models and operating environments right at the booth, so visitors arrived with questions and left with a plan.

03 Business Connection | Cooperation Execution
Visitors scanned the QR codes on the stand to pull up product fitment information and booked in-depth meetings with our team. While demonstrating product performance and explaining fitment solutions in detail, the team reached preliminary cooperation agreements with a number of customers. Engagement here was never about crowds; it was about what can be verified. And the conversation did not stop at the booth; it pointed to what comes next.
From the domestic market to the international stage, Golden Sun has taken every step steadily and with conviction. This South African debut was more than a showcase of products and technology; it was an important step in connecting deeply with the South African market and expanding our global partner network.

04 Wrapping Up | Gearing Up for What's Next
The show is over, but the pace never slows. Going forward, Hangzhou Golden Sun will keep building quality through craftsmanship and pursuing growth through innovation, going deeper in the auto parts market, driving product upgrades and taking the brand global, so that Hangzhou Golden Sun becomes a name the worldwide auto parts industry can trust.
